What We Treat

Symptoms you've been told are “just part of getting older.”

If you've been on the receiving end of “your labs look fine” while you feel anything but, you already know how that conversation goes. Here's what we actually look at, and treat.

Energy crash by 2 p.m. that no amount of coffee or sleep fixes

Slow recovery from workouts that used to take a day, not five

Belly fat that won't move even when you're eating clean and lifting

Low libido and softer erections you've stopped bringing up

Brain fog in meetings, forgetting names, losing your train of thought

Sleep that doesn't restore you, even when you get a full eight

Mood flatness that isn't depression, but isn't right either

Aches in joints, back, shoulders you didn't have at 35

If three or more of those describe your week, your testosterone, thyroid, or both are likely under-functioning. Standard reference ranges don't catch it. Optimal ranges do.

Why Your Doc Hasn't Fixed This

Three reasons your primary care didn't catch it.

01

“Normal” means not sick.

Lab reference ranges are built on the average of an unhealthy population. If your total testosterone is 320, your doctor calls it normal. Optimal for a healthy 45-year-old is 700 to 900. That gap is your problem, and it's invisible to most providers.

02

They have twelve minutes.

A typical primary care visit doesn't give your provider time to run a real panel, talk through symptoms, or build a plan. We give you a full first visit. Then another. Then monthly check-ins until you're dialed in.

03

They didn't train for this.

Hormone optimization isn't standard medical-school curriculum. It's functional medicine training, and most providers haven't done it. We have, and we do this every day.

Your Protocol, Step by Step

What treatment looks like at our clinic.

No mystery, no upsells, no “come back next month for the real plan.” You leave the first visit with a lab order and a written protocol.

01

Comprehensive lab panel

Total and free testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, thyroid (TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3), DHEA, cortisol, full metabolic panel, lipid panel, PSA, CBC, hormone metabolites if warranted. We don't guess.

02

A real treatment plan

Based on your labs, symptoms, history, and goals. We walk through it together. You'll know what you're taking and why.

03

Testosterone therapy if indicated

Injection, cream, or pellet depending on what fits your life. We monitor estradiol and hematocrit so you stay in optimal range without the side effects most online TRT clinics ignore.

04

Peptide support where it fits

BPC-157 for chronic injury or gut issues. Sermorelin for sleep and body composition. NAD+ for clarity and recovery. We don't push every peptide on every patient. We use them like tools.

05

Body comp and lab tracking

Quarterly bloodwork. Body composition checks. We track what's actually changing, and we adjust the plan so it keeps working.

For Guys Who Don't Have Time to Waste

Built for guys who don't have time to waste.

If you've already tried the gym harder, the diet stricter, the supplement stack, the books and the podcasts, you know this isn't a discipline problem. It's a chemistry problem.

We run labs. We look at the data. We treat the gap. You'll start to feel a difference in three to six weeks. Most patients see meaningful body composition changes inside three months. Sleep usually comes back first. Energy next. Libido after that.

You don't have to live with this. You shouldn't.

Sleep returns first
3 to 6 weeks
Energy next
4 to 8 weeks
Body comp after
3 months and up
